After the "Select Breakthru Experience" phases closes for attendees, your team will be able to prioritize your guest list based on those who are interested in your dinner. You can Prioritize (High/Medium) or Reject attendees, enabling us to optimize for your Dinner or Activity as well as all others. If an attendee has not selected anything else at the same time as your Dinner or Activity, they will be flagged as “Exclusive” to your event.
Once we know which Breakthru Experiences attendees are interested in and which attendees sponsors have prioritized, we run a scheduling algorithm to optimize attendance across all Experiences.
Attendees will receive a calendar invite on the Friday before the event for the Dinners and Activities they have been scheduled for (as well as any other Breakthru Experiences they have been scheduled for). They can also view all details in the Future Proof Event platform (desktop and mobile app).
You will be able to view the attendees scheduled for your Dinner or Activity in the Future Proof Event platform two weeks before the event. You will have until that Friday to prioritize your attendees.
