Currently we are in the "Opt-In" phase of the meetings program. Think of this as a second chance to send a meeting request to those you did not send one to previously.
In this stage, you will see those who want to meet with you that you did not request to meet with. You can choose to "opt-in" to these attendees which is equivalent to a meeting request.
In the next phase ("Accept Meetings"), you will see all of your scheduled meetings that the algorithm has matched you with.
