Can colleague and I sit at the same table (2-1 meeting)?

Due to the set-up of the tables, we can only have two people at a time. During the request phase, people would have specifically chosen to meet with you or X, which is why it is important to complete those meetings as intended. They are short, 15 minute meetings and are meant to be introductory meetings, so we'd recommend that you then schedule follow-up meetings with your business partner afterward.
